Hey, so its been a while since I posted here. I did create a site that is specifically for my Portfolio now, it is located at http://aylaradies.wix.com/aradies and have decided to keep this one as a sketchblog. 

Anyways, here is a newer background that I put together. The second image is where I would place characters in this scene.

Well it looks like its been a couple months since my last update but I have not been idle. 

Lately, I have been working on an indie game with some other talented game designers and artists and have been responsible for game art assets and some backgrounds on it. Below is a little taste as to what I have been doing.

So its been a while since Ive updated and I thought that I would add some sketches I did over Christmas holiday. These are some of the concepts to the short that Ive been working on in my spare time. Just getting some of the thumbnails figured out and location ideas.

So lately, Ive been branching out, trying new things, revisiting projects that have dropped by the wayside and thought that I should try my hand at some matte painting. By no means that this is finished. I would like to add some 3D elements later and get them to work. 

This image is composed of 4 photographs and then paint has been added. I added more distinction to the light rays, added all the fog and worked in on the clouds a bit. Then I worked in on the colour correction as the city was blue tinted before. 

Any critiques are welcome.

Hey everyone, a quick little sneak peek on a background that I've been working on for a pilot. There is a sign in the front yard that I removed to keep the information of the series under wraps. I will be posting some more once I have a few finished.
